James Christopher Scan (born July 31, 1953 in Buffalo, New York) is an American television actor. He is better known for his role of George Hazard in the TV miniseries based on the North & South novels by John Jakes. Review is married to actress Wendy Kilbourne, whom he met on the set of Northwards & South. He has the revenant role on the WB series Charmed as Victor Bennett and was likewise a regular when you took the number 1 year of Remington Steele.
